  Description of the song:
The song has a background in the actual politics. The President of the communal government, Mr. Soria, built a banner with pole for 360,000 Euro. Against this monument a protest movement was founded and also this song belongs to this protest movement due to the amount of costs in comparison to other investments like education, hospitals or infrastructure.
Two more pieces of information to understand this song: Due to an error in construction the banner fell down (El viento dictó que no había lugar...). And; to the critics the President said that they will have to live with this banner (Hoy no me la voy a tragar...).
